groups who will require training:
- Program Administrators
- Department Managers
- Employees
The size of your organization, as well as budgetary considerations,
will drive decisions as to the best training implementation
plan for your organization.
Program Administrator training is broken down into multiple
2 hour sessions. The first session will address training, software
setup, and administration. The followup sessions are used to review end-user
tools and provide for manager training.
As new employees are hired, your Program Administrator(s) can use the training
tools provided in the Training section on the Referral Trak support website. |
