1. How long does it take to have Referral Trak set up for our organization?
The setup process for Referral Trak is very simple. All end users and products can be manually entered or loaded from spreadsheet imports. Finalizing the product configuration usually takes place as you experiment with tracking referrals on a test account before taking the program live. It has been our experience that most organizations can launch the Referral Trak program within 1 to 2 months. The biggest organizational challenge(s) will picking an incentive plan and employee training / communication.

2. How much training is necessary in order for our employees to begin
    using Referral Trak?

There are three groups who will require training:

  • Program Administrators
  • Department Managers
  • Employees

The size of your organization, as well as budgetary considerations, will drive decisions as to the best training implementation plan for your organization.

Program Administrator training is broken down into multiple 2 hour sessions. The first session will address training, software setup, and administration. The followup sessions are used to review end-user tools and provide for manager training.

As new employees are hired, your Program Administrator(s) can use the training tools provided in the Training section on the Referral Trak support website.

3. Does Richweb provide continuing support of the Referral Trak software
    if we have questions regarding how to use the software?

End-user questions are submitted first to the Program Administrator. Should the Administrator need clarification or is unable to answer the question, s/he can call our Support team, then follow up with the employee who made the initial inquiry.

Included in the software Annual Licensing Fee is a block of hours that can be utilized for ongoing support throughout that year. If additional support time is needed during the year in excess of the hours included, your organization can purchase additional support hours.

4. Are there a maximum number of departments, users or products
    that can be set up in the Referral Trak system?

You can set up as many departments, users, product categories and products in the Referral Trak system as you want.
